Coming soon: the second best chocolate cake in my world

Sorry for not posting anything in ages. We've been pretty busy here. I promise that the wait is worth a fantastic recipe discovered about a month ago.

My soon to come cake includes chocolate (hummmm), honey (hummm) and aubergine (oh!). Sounds strange, tastes out of this world!
